Botto x Verse has been a smashing success, riding polarizing debate to a fantastic outcome. Detractors are predictable and understandably come from experienced artists looking at art through a solely qualitative lens. I get it. When it comes to the art economy, that is but one variable. Narrative and fostering a network around the art are of equal importance. There is merit there too.
The auction houses can do so much better, simply for their bottom lines. It is inexplicable to have a Ringers estimate set at 30-50k. It is inexplicable to have three separate Squiggles - Pipe, Bold, and Fuzzy - offered without any reference or context to the traits themselves. I can go on, but you get the point.
