Pepe Exposed:

RAREPEPE | Series 1 Card 1’ /298 by Mike - aka “The Nakamoto Card” - is acquired by Jediwolf’s overeXposed Collection for 37 ETH. The deal takes place on Gondi, leveraging ‘Vault #776’, and is brokered by Oliver Morris. In the words of Jediwolf: “I’ve waited 4y to acquire this arguably one of the most recognized and iconic works in the tokenized art space. It started it all.”

Quine Continues:

Following its auction close with Art Blocks, ‘Quine’ 1/1/497 by Larva Labs stays active on the secondary market, seeing 22 sales for 125.92 ETH. Its list slightly rises to 5.75 ETH. Two of the day’s high sales are two of the collection’s fifteen Perfect-Quines for 10.49 ETH (to 33vault) and 6.9 WETH (to The_Beefeater).

Pella Participation:

Participant 5’ by XCOPY sells for 30 WETH to Benji and his PellaCollection from Antagonist4ever. One of 9 Participants, the artwork was minted in October 2020 via dynamic art platform AsyncArt and is associated with masterwork ‘DOOM Party’. In sharing his logic for the acquisition, Benji likens the XCOPY Async layers (Grifters, Rabble, and Participants) to the Sam Spratt ecosystem, and he highlights the work of DOOM Party owner Rhynotic in keeping the since defunct platform functionality alive.
