‘GIGACHAD’ by Beeple sells for 20.5 ETH ($60,475 USD) to Klutch_Vault. Klutch comments on acquiring one of the 100 edition April 2021 mint, saying: “It’s an honor to finally hold such a significant and iconic piece from an artist who continues to promote our digital art space with relentless passion.”

Two ‘Fidenza’ by Tyler Hobbs are on the move, as the 1/1/999 Art Blocks collection sees sales of 19.6886 and 16.99 ETH, the latter coming via Gondi. Both were Fidenzas collected in the past calendar week, resold for 3.89 and 0.97 ETH more than previous sales.

‘Chromie Squiggle’ by Snowfro sees a 7 sale flurry for 21.82 ETH in total. The highlights are Bold ‘Chromie Squiggle #2834’ selling for 3.62 WETH to NFTPER_01 and and Fuzzy ‘Chromie Squiggle #5470’ selling for 3.25 ETH to tinoch_eth via Gondi.

Today at 4:20pm ET the Punks are welcomed first for a Preview Event, before VIP Night kicks off at 7:00pm ET. Preview timing is also when interior imagery is shareable, so expect socials to light up.

What can I tell you about yesterday? First and simply: they nailed it. The balance of exclusivity (Punk collectors) and inclusivity (everyone else). The handling of overall collection and individual Punk aesthetic, blockchain, and market components. The infusion of dynamism and life.

A standout sentiment was shared by Founders Micky Malka and Becky Kleiner. They revisited the origin of NODE, not much more than one (!) calendar year ago. After visiting Beeple Studios in Charleston, South Carolina, they dreamt of a similar, smaller experience close to home, initially for themselves. “One hour later” that vision became a community endeavor that exploded in scope and iterated at lightning speed.

Phil Mohun complimented the above with his own origin story as Managing Director, going all-in in the raw beginning stages. CryptoPunks creators Matt Hall and John Watkinson shared that literally everything on their list of ideal ways to spotlight Punks has been included in this 10,000 Exhibition.

A commonality of everyone who took the mic: they were glowing.
