NODE owned the weekend in Palo Alto and beyond, as Beeple’s ‘INFINITE_LOOP’ mid-career survey kicks off the Foundation’s Spring season. Highlights:
Adam Weitsman announced his collection of Beeple kinetic sculpture ‘Machine Memory’, “to be placed in my upcoming installation project in Ithaca NY”. He thanked Eli Scheinman for aiding the acquisition.
Beeple’s ‘DIFFUSE CONTROL’ sculpture integrated the curation of Lanett Bennett Grant with BatSoupYum, featuring artists Canek Zapata, ClownVamp, cydr, Karen Jerzy, Noper, and Panter Xhita
Beeple and Ryan Zurrer reflected on the 7th chapter of ‘HUMAN ONE’, launched at NODE and adding interactivity to the sculpture. Beeple: “There will be more this week about the HIDDEN GEMS competition that everyone will be able to be a part of!!” Jehan Chu added his thoughts, confirming becoming a “meaningful co-owner” in late 2022.
A broader community showcase integrated the work of many additional artists, including Chikai, g0naji, #1 crush and more.
The overall exhibition is open through June 28th.
