‘Disorder’ by Joe Pease sells for 30 ETH, or approximately $125,000 USD, to sqda from NFTmuseum.

It is the second minted 1-of-1 artwork by Pease, as the 28 second animated followed first mint ‘Controlled Chaos’ (in the Kanbas collection) on SuperRare by just 19 hours on May 11, 2021.

The deal takes place via Gondi, brokered by Eli Scheinman.

A day of monumental 1-of-1 artwork continued on Gondi, as ‘Machine Hallucinations - Mars - Collector's Edition’ by Refik Anadol moved from borrower to lender via defaulted loan.

The artwork was originally minted and auctioned in January 2021 via Nifty Gateway. After tens of bids, it was won for $37,900 USD.

Original loan terms were $400,000 USDC at 18% APR over 120 days, ultimately renegotiated and extended to an all-in 238 day term that now concludes.

Attention shifts to the lender to see whether the 1/1 has found a long-term home or will be on the art market again soon.
